Culham

Culham merges old and new in its village centre. The Victorian church has a handsome tower of 1710 but nothing else of the early building survives. The manor house dates from the 15th and 17th centuries and Culham House is from the Georgian period.

The buildings of the former Culham College - now a European School - date from its founding in 1852. Culham's station on the Didcot to Oxford railway is now the only surviving wayside station designed by Brunel.
