Decision
Planning Permission on 3rd March 1999
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That notwithstanding any indications as to these matters which may have
been given in the application, no development shall take place until
there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning
Authority a schedule of materials and finishes for the buildings.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the additional living accommodation hereby permitted shall be
occupied and used only in connection with and ancillary to the occupation
and use of the existing property, Wood End, as specified in the
application, and shall not be occupied or used separately therefrom.
Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent
an undesirable sub-division of the property and result in
inadequate standards of amenity and privacy.
That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the
type, design and external finish of all windows, rooflights, external
doors and rainwater goods has been submitted to and approved in writing
by the Local Planning Authority; and the windows, rooflights, external
doors and rainwater goods shall be installed in accordance with the
approved specification.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
