That the development shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the description of the development, with Plan 1A contained in the application and the details provided in the agent's letter dated 13 October 1998. Reason: To ensure that the development is carried out in accordance with the approved plan as a conversion of an existing building. That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the stables shall only be occupied as staff accommodation in connection with the main house and shall not be occupied or let as a separate unit of accommodation. Reason: To accord with the policy of the Local Planning Authority.
