That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the extension shall be used only as annexe to and in association with the use of 32 New Road as a single dwelling and shall not be used or occupied separately therefrom. Reason: Because permission is given only in view of the special circumstances. That except as shown on the approved drawings, no windows shall be inserted in the extension unless an application in that behalf shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the devleopment is not unneighbourly.
