That this permission shall enure only for the benefit of, and the premises shall be occupied only by Mr & Mrs R B W Robinson as described in the application. Reason: Because permission is given only in view of the special circumstances. That the land shall be used only for the purpose specified in the application and for no other purpose whatsoever. Reason: To protect local amenities. That except insofar as may be necessary to allow for access to the site on the north-east boundary the existing hedges around the whole of the site shall be retained and properly maintained at a height of not less than 1.5 metres and that any plant which may die or be seriously damaged or destroyed within three years of the date hereof shall be replaced and the replacement shall be properly maintained. Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings.
