That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors, shutters, external vents, rainwater goods and iron railings has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building. That all rooflights shall be of a conservation type details of which shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before development commences. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building. That the additional living accommodation hereby permitted shall be occupied and used only in connection with and ancillary to the occupation and use of the existing property Baldon House East Wing as a single dwellinghouse as specified in the application and shall not be occupied or used separately therefrom. Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent an undesirable subdivision of the property. That a full schedule of repair works and conversion works to the stables shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That prior to the commencement of the development arrangement shall be made for the building to be recorded by an archaeologist/building recorder or organisation with acknowledged experience in the recording of standing buildings and such record shall be in a form which is acceptable to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To record a building which is of archaeological/historic importance.
