Decision
Planning Permission on 14th January 1997
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That provision shall be made within the site for the parking of 4 cars and turning facilities so that cars may enter and leave the site in a forward direction in accordance with a scheme to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The scheme shall be implemented within 6 months of the date of the decision. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities. That the extension hereby permitted shall remain as ancillary to the use of the existing dwelling as one residential unit and shall not be occupied separately. Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent an undesirable sub-division of the property and result in inadequate standards of amenity and privacy.
