The permission hereby granted shall be for a limited period expiring on 31 December 2002, on or before which date the use of the land and buildings for a waste transfer station, skip park and wheelie bin container park shall be discontinued permanently and the plant, machinery, structures and foundations shall be removed unless prior consent of the local planning authority has been obtained in writing for a further period of use. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development. No waste skips or wheelie bin containers shall be stored on site except within the areas marked for their use on approved drawing No. 007/WTS/2. Skips and containers stored in this area shall not be stacked to a height exceeding 3 metres. Reason: To protect local amenities. The site shall not be used to store any materials or containers other than those specified in the statement and approved plans. Reason: To protect local amenities. Except with the prior agreement of the local planning authority in writing, no operations authorised or required by this permission shall be carried out, no lorries shall enter or leave the site and plant shall not be operated, other than during the following hours: Between 0700 and 1800 hours Mondays to Fridays; 0700 hours to 1300 hours on Saturdays. Reason: To protect local amenities. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Permitted Development Order 1995, or any order revoking and re-enacting that order the accesses to the development hereby permitted shall not be other than as shown as `X' and `Y' on approved plan 007/WTS/2. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience. Access `Y' as shown on approved plan 007/WTS/2 shall not be used other than as an access to Ewelme no. 2 quarry and landfill site as shown on approved plan 007/WTS/1. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience. No floodlighting shall be erected on site without the prior approval of the local planning authority in writing. Reason: To protect local amenities. The Waste Transfer Station shall be constructed only as shown on approved plans FS/EWE/007/477 and HS/EWE/007/478. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality. All the bunds within the site shall be grassed and maintained free of weeds. Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings. The site shall not be operated unless the bunds shown on approved plan 007/WTS/2 are constructed in locations in accordance with the approved plan to a height of 3.0 metres. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality. The existing hedgerow on the north-western boundary of the site shall be retained and maintained at a minimum height of 3.0 metres in good condition. Any plants that die shall be replaced with live species as already are present in the hedgerow at such time as the local planning authority may specify in writing. Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings.
