Accordingly, the development fails to adhere to Policies ENV1, ENV6, ENV7, ENV8, DES1 and DES2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan and Policy CPQ1 of the Thame Neighbourhood Plan (2025) and the provisions of the National Planning Policy Framework.
