Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, A-02-50, 05-01, 05-03, A-05-00, A-05-02, A-03-00, LOC-001, A-03-01, 04-00, SIP-001 and SIP-002, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Works to remove the roof, add a tin roof and stabilise the building shall be carried out in accordance with the submitted Design and Access Statement. Reasons: To ensure the building is rebuilt in a timely manner and to preserve the historic and architectural interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Plan 2035.

Upon completion of the roof works - not later than 12 months from the date of this decision - a report containing the measured survey and condition report of the barn, including a record of where the tiles have been stored on site, shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the local planning authority. Reasons: To ensure the building is rebuilt in a timely manner and to preserve the historic and architectural interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Plan 2035.

Within three years of this decision, plans showing remedial work required to the barn and samples of additional supplementary tiles, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. Reasons: To ensure the building is rebuilt in a timely manner and to preserve the historic and architectural interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Plan 2035.

Within five years of this decision, repair and re-roofing of the listed building shall be completed in accordance with plans and details approved under condition 5 of this consent, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Reasons: To ensure the building is rebuilt in a timely manner and to preserve the historic and architectural interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Plan 2035.
