Planning Permission on 26th September 2025
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, E1001 and E1000, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The occupation of the static caravan shall be limited to a person/s solely or mainly working in connection with the operations of the agricultural use of the site (Vineyard). Reason: The proposed dwelling is situated in the rural area where the Local Planning Authority would not normally grant permission for such a development and this permission is granted solely in order to fulfil an essential agricultural need, in accordance with Policy H19 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

The static caravan hereby permitted shall only be occupied for overnight residential accommodation between 1 March and 31 October. Outside of this period, the caravan shall not be occupied and shall remain vacant. Reason: The site lies in an area where new development is strictly controlled and the proposed seasonal workers dwelling has only been justified on the grounds of agricultural need.
