Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 13th November 2025
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That particularly having regard to its size and siting in close proximity to the boundary of the adjoining property to 92 Gidley Way, the proposed building would have an overbearing effect upon that adjoining property and the development would be dominant, visually intrusive and unneighbourly. This would result in some loss of easterly morning sunlight and would be detrimental to the outlook and residential amenity of occupants of that property, contrary to Policy DES6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
