Conditions / Refusal Reasons
Works to dismantle the brewhouse shall be carried out in accordance with the submitted Design and Access Statement.
Reason: To preserve the historic and architectural interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
Upon completion of the dismantling and not later than 12 months from the date of this decision a report containing the measured survey and condition report of the fabric, including a record of how and where it has been stored on site, shall be submitted to and agreed by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure the building has been properly recorded and to preserve the historic and architectural interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Plan 2035.
Within three years of this decision, plans showing the proposed rebuilt Brew House that include annotations identifying the salvageable materials, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure the building is rebuilt and to preserve the historic and architectural interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Plan 2035 .
Within five years of this decision, rebuilding of the listed building shall be completed in accordance with plans approved under condition 3 of this consent, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure the building is rebuilt in a timely manner and to preserve the historic and architectural interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Plan 2035.
