Screening Opinion for Thames Water Utilities Ltd, for: Proposed upgrade to Culham Sewage Treatment Works (STW), comprising of the diversion of four existing rising main to site to new screen reception chamber; the installation of two new inlet screens on raised platform including access metawork (10 m in length, 8.5 m in width and 8 m in height); above-ground feed and return pipes to new screens; two new pile cloth filters (PCF) feed and recirculation pumping station; PCP backwash pumping station including above ground tank with slab mounted pumps (2.1 in diameter and 2
min height); new washwater tank and booster units (2.1 m in length, 1.2 in width and 1.1 m in height); new final effluent weir chamber (2.1 m in length, 1.2 m in width and 1.1 m in height); new chemical dosing unit with a dosing point at inlet flume, and associated safety shower and bund/interlock valve (11 m in length, 4 m in width and 5
