Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 709-E-01, 709-P-01, 709-E-05, 709-P-05, 709-E-04, 709-P-04A, 709-E-03, 709-P-03A, 709-E-02, 709-P-02A and 709-E-00, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The exterior of the works hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans/supporting documents hereby approved. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

Prior to the commencement of the relevant works, full details, specification and scale drawings, that demonstrate the location of the proposed soil waste pipes which will be required to service the proposed additional WCs, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
