That particularly having regard to the siting of the dwelling forward of properties to the north on Miller Road and to the side of the existing dwelling at 33 Roman Road the building will be a large intrusive feature which would be dominant in the street, appear cramped and detract from the visual amenity and the character and appearance of the area contrary to Policies DES1 and DES2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035 and Policy H4 and section SLO3 -infill of Appendix 8 of the Wheatley Neighbourhood Plan.
