Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 111 PA(02) 06, 111 PA(02) 10, 111 PA(02) 09, 111 PA(02) 04, 111 PA(02) 05, 111 PA(02) 01, 111 PA(02) 02 and 111 PA(02) 08, and the submitted Design and Access statement except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Prior to the commencement of any relevant works, full details of all joinery shall be provided for the proposed windows and doors and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The proposed frames and glazing bars should reflect those within this rear wing of the building. 1:20 details should be provided of each of these elements. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in the interest of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
