The signage hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials and details specified on the plans and supporting documents hereby approved or in materials and details which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

The lighting elements providing illumination to the signage hereby approved shall not be switched on or used.
