The operational development as shown on drawings: LOC 001, BLO 001, AAN.24.892 3 Rev A, AAN.892 4 Rev A, AAN.24.892. 2 Rev C, AAN.892 1 Rev C is immune from any planning enforcement and therefore lawful due to passage of time under sections 171B and 191 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
