Heritage Impact Assessment Lichfields February 2025
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
No above ground works shall commence within the phase incorporating the manor house until full design details of the conservatory including glazing, joinery, materials and finishes have been submitted for approval in writing by the Local Planning Authority, following consultation with Historic England. The details shall be implemented in accordance with the approved plans.
Reason: To ensure the conservation and enhancement of the listed manor house, in accordance with the NPPF and Policies ENV6 and ENV 7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
Prior to the commencement of any above ground works within any phase (as approved in application P25/S0866/S73) incorporating listed buildings (including curtilage listed buildings) samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the buildings and extensions hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure the conservation and enhancement of the listed manor house and curtilage listed buildings in accordance with the NPPF and Policies ENV6 and ENV 7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
