Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 1081-14-2, 1081-15-2, 03, 1081-13, 1081-02, 1081-01, 01ES, 01, 1081-11, 00, 1081-10-1, 02 and 1081-12-1, and the submitted Heritage Methodology Revision 1 prepared by Liberty Rose Architects dated 29.04.2025, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The works hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans and supporting documents hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development and to respect any features of special architectural or historic interest in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
All rainwater goods shall be constructed to match the existing or an agreed alternative similar in appearance
