That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, Hearth Plan 17-12-2024, BLO001 and LOC 001, the planning statement and all supporting documents submitted with the application. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
