Reduce the width of the 1st floor part by 2.0m to bring it further from the adjoining neighbour's boundary and align with the existing storey and a half rear projection, which would be built up to two storey.
Reduce the depth of the ground floor part and extend the depth of the now narrower 1st floor part, so that they align with each other and with the rear wall of the existing dwelling.
