Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the advertisement consent shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the approved plan "Elevation Proposed drwgno PE001" and details within the application form, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

To avoid damaging tree roots and their rooting environment, the following methods shall be taken when installing the sign. 1. No significant tree roots (greater than 25mm diameter) shall be severed. To achieve this a small trial pit for each signage post shall be carefully excavated. If significant tree roots are encountered the position of the signage post shall be adjusted accordingly. 2. To avoid concrete contamination within the trees rooting environment, each hole shall be sleeved with a plastic liner. Reason: To safeguard trees which are visually important in accordance with Policies ENV1, DES1, and DES2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
