Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 002 (P1), 105 P1, 106 P1, TN2387-NGB-XX-02-D-ME-8002_P02, LOC-001 and TN2387-NGB-XX-02-D-ME-8001_P02, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
