Description
The paved area outside the Old Laundry needs replacing due to cracked paviours and as it is not draining well. Presently the area is paved in red, square tiles that match our terrace. We would like to replace using the dark brick paving of the adjacent 'back street'.

Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC001 and BLO 001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Prior to the commencement of works, the submission of specifications/manufacture for the new paver details and the bedding material for the pavers hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
