The site is to be divided to provide a new dwelling house as outlined in Planning Permission P24/S3333/FUL . The new dwelling will retain and use the existing access/driveway and hard-standing currently used by Oldfield House) - to change the timing of Condition 3 so that it requires the existing access to be closed off, other than for construction of the new dwelling, prior to first use of the approved access.
