That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, P3 C, P4 E, P5 C, P8 E and P6 E, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
This permission shall expire after a period of three years from the date hereof, and the building(s) hereby permitted (along with all associated materials) shall be removed from the land in their entirety within one calendar month following the expiry date of this permission.
Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development in accordance with Policies DES1, DES2 and ENV1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
