Installation of two AC condensers and a cold store unit, to be located on rear elevation facing rear yard; Installation of a vent outlet, to be installed on rear elevation facing yard. Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The proposed development, due to its location, size and design, would fail to preserve the character and appearance of this part of the Thame Conservation Area and would detract from the architectural quality of a Building of Local Note, and the setting of the adjacent listed building. The harm to the significance of the historic environment is not outweighed by the public benefits of the development. As such the proposal is contrary to Policies DES1, DES2, ENV6, ENV7 and ENV8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
