Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 24011-PP0011-B, 1622-04, 1622-06, 1622-09, 24011-PE0110-E, 24011-EP0101, 1622-11, 1622-08, 24011-PP0130-E, 24011-PP0010-A, 24011-PS0111, 24011-PP0012-E and 1622-02-h, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Prior to the commencement of the works, details and section plans of wall, roof and floor insulation of the buildings proposed for conversion shall be provided and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: In the interests of the persevering the historic fabric and the character of the buildings in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the development hereby approved shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building(s) unless otherwise previously agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
