Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 24 LBNH PE01 and 24 LBNH SL01, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The exterior of the development hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans and supporting documents hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment and in the interest of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

All new flintwork shall be constructed using traditional knapped flint, individually laid as part of the construction and lime mortar. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment and in the interest of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

All works of making good shall match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment and in the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
