Certificate of Lawful Development be granted for the proposals as shown on drwgnos 1595.01, 1595.02, 1595.03, 1595.04, 1595.05, 1595.06, 1595.07, 1595.08, 1595.09, 1595.10, 1595.11A, 1595.12 and 1595.13. This is on the basis that the proposed external window and door alterations fall within the parameters of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the General Permitted Development Order (2015) (as amended) and the alterations to the vent pipes would be so minor as to be disregarded and as such fall outside the scope of the planning system. The internal alterations do not constitute development as defined under Section 55 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and there is no material change of use taking place.
