Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 810-01, 810-03, 810-04, 810-05, 810-06, 810-07, 810-08, 810-13, 810-14, 810-15, 810-16, 810-17, 810-18 A and 810-02 A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The replacement timber windows hereby permitted shall be constructed in accordance with the flush casement and weights sash horizontal and vertical sections hereby permitted. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural interest, historic fabric and setting of listed buildings in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035

The porch hereby permitted shall be constructed in the materials specified in the photographic material schedule hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural interest, historic fabric and setting of listed buildings in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035

The insulation hereby permitted shall be implemented in accordance with the insulation specifications for breathable walls (systems 1 and 2), ground floor walls and sloping roof areas hereby approved. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural interest, historic fabric and setting of listed buildings in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035
