Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 2213-05 A, 2213-08, 2213-10 B, 2213-09 B, 2213-07, MLP-01 and 2213-06 B, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Before the windows, doors and glazed extension hereby approved are installed, details of their material, design, and finish, in the form of drawings and sections of no less than 1:20 scale, (or a specification as appropriate) shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The works shall be carried out only in accordance with the agreed details.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
Prior to commencement samples or detailed specifications of all external materials to be used on the development hereby permitted shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out only in accordance with the agreed materials.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
Prior to commencement of the relevant works details of all new external vents (including SVP's) shall be submitted to and agreed with the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out only in accordance with the agreed details.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
All works of making good to the building interior and exterior shall be carried out in materials and finishes to match the existing building or consistent with the original construction of the building unless alternatives are otherwise agreed in writing.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
