Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 24-10-24-TDS JG 1001, 24-10-24-TDS JG 1003, 24-10-24-TDS JG 1000, 24-10-24-TDS JG 1002, 24-10-24-TDS JG 1004 and 24-10-24-TDS JG 1005, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the works hereby approved shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building(s) or salvaged from the existing building(s). Reason: To preserve the historic and architectural interest of the listed building accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
