The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 23-29 E11, 23-29 P10 P1, 23-29 E103 P1, 23-29 E100 P1, 23-29 E101 P1, 23-29 E10, 23-29 E104 P1, 23-29 E105 P1, 23-29 P105 P1, 23-29 P102 P2, P103 Rev P3, P104 Rev P3, P101 Rev P3 and P100 Rev P2, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Prior to the commencement of the relevant works hereby approved above slab level, photographic samples of exterior materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the works hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
Prior to commencement of relevant works, joinery details at a scale of 1:20 (manufacturers specification is acceptable) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
Prior to commencement of relevant works. details in relation to a methodology for alterations and making good to the fabric of the listed building including:
· Electrical works (avoid cutting through historic timbers or lath and plaster for example)
· New drainage routes where this requires cutting through historic fabric or affecting appearance (proposals should seek to minimise impacts on historic fabric and appearance)
· Making-good plastering in lime when applied to existing lime-plastered or unplastered walls or exterior walls
· Other alterations proposed to historic fabric
shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
