The works to which this consent relates must be begun not later than 27th April 2026.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 22080-PE0020 B, 22080-PE0010 B, 22080-PP0032 C, 22080-PP0010-C, 22080-PP0031-G and 22080-PP0030-G, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Prior to the first use of the building(s) hereby permitted those parts of the external walls to be rendered shall be rendered and colour-washed in accordance with details which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of conserving the visual appearance and architectural significance of the designated heritage asset in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
Prior to development above slab level, joinery details of all new windows and shall be provided in accordance with a detailed specification of their type, design and external finish that has been first submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of conserving the visual appearance and architectural significance of the designated heritage asset in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

P25/S1215/DISPrior to the commencement of any works, details of the methodology of the introduction of new and updated drainage and mechanical ventilation services to the building shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
