That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans P-23-256-003 Rev A, P-23-256-002 and P-23-256-001 approved under application reference P23/S4233/FUL, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That, within 6 months of the date of this planning permission all of the changes to the existing building shown on the approved plans, with the exception of the removal of the first floor and rooflights which are permitted to be retained, shall be undertaken and completed and a detailed schedule of photographs shall be submitted to the council as evidence of the works having been undertaken Reason: To ensure that the development is not inappropriate in the Green Belt in accordance with Policy STRAT6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035 and paragraph 154 of the National Planning Policy Framework.

That following the grant of planning permission no additional external lighting shall be erected or installed on the building. Reason: To protect the appearance of the area, the environment and wildlife, and local residents from light pollution in accordance with Policies ENV1, ENV2, ENV3 and ENV12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

The use of the building hereby permitted shall be limited solely to agricultural purposes in connection with the agricultural use of the land as shown on the plans accompanying the application. Reason: To restrict the use of the building to one compatible with the surrounding rural area and to ensure that the development is not inappropriate in the Green Belt in accordance with Policy STRAT6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035 and paragraph 154 of the National Planning Policy Framework. in accordance with Policy ENV1 of the South Oxfordshire South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035
