Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, MKT-L01, BLO001, LOC001, PF001 and 18.960, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The hours of operation shall be confined to 07.30 - 18:00 Monday to Saturday.
Reason: To protect the occupants of nearby residential properties from noise disturbance in accordance with Policy DES6 and ENV12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country (General Permitted Development Order) 2015 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order), the ground floor of the building shall only be used for the retail and cafe purposes as specified within the approved plans. Any further changes of use shall require planning permission from the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: The specific circumstances of this site warrant the Local Planning Authority having control over any further development in the interests of amenity in accordance with Policies DES6 and ENV12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
