Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 24013-PE010-C, 24013-PP011-B, 24013-PP030-C, 24013-L001-B, 1671-02 Rev A, 24013-PS010-C, 24013-PP010-B, 1671-01 and 24013-PD010-A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Details in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Any repair work or necessary underpinning b. Timber replacements/repair Following opening-up as necessary to inspect condition, with prior notice this will allow for timber replacement/repair to be agreed with a heritage officer on-site (if preferred) followed by a drawn record, or internal elevations/plans specifying timber to be partially or fully replaced. Only the agreed works shall be carried out. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

Details in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Location and type of any external vents required for the new WC b. All new drainage to the WC run internally c. Location and type of any vent necessary for the new soil and vent pipe Only the agreed works shall be carried out. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
