The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than 5 February 2027.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 30-20 P3, HTS-LND-01B and HTS-TPP-01B, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Structural details for any alterations within the C17 section of the building such as floor construction, wall extensions or removal of the oak post shall be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to those areas of work commencing.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
Details of internal joinery shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to this work being commenced.
The details of works to the fireplace shall be undertaken in accordance with those approved under application reference P24/S0926/DIS unless otherwise approved in writing.
