Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 006, 002, 005, 001, 004, LOC-001, 003 and 007, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the development hereby approved shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building(s) unless otherwise previously agreed by in writing to the Local Planning Authority to before those works commence and only the agreed materials shall be use.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development and to protect the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
Notwithstanding the details shown within the schedule of proposed internal and external works document, a schedule of all windows to be replaced and or repaired and external doors shall be provided in accordance with a detailed specification of their type, design and external finish, 1:20 section drawings and joinery details that has been first submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to those works being carried out.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development and to protect the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
Notwithstanding the submitted schedule of proposed internal and external works, no development above slab level shall take place until a new revised schedule of proposed internal and external works document has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development and to protect the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies ENV7 and ENV6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
