The proposed development does not comply with policies ENV6, ENV7 and ENV8 of the SOLP 2035, Policy HA1 of the Wallingford Neighbourhood Plan, the provisions of Chapter 16 of the NPPF and Sections 66 and 72 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
