Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BLO-002 and LOC-001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The replacement timber boarding hereby permitted shall be of the same colour, type and texture as that used on the existing building or in materials and details which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment and in the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
The rooflights hereby approved shall be conservation roof lights set flush with the plane of the roof in which they are to be inserted.
