Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than 24 October 2026. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 30-6 P1, 20-5 P1, 20-6 P1, 20-2P1, 20-3 P1, 20-4 P1, 30-1 P2, 30-2 P2, 30-3 P2, 30-4 P1, 20-7 P1, 20-1 P1 and 30-5 P2 except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved photographic schedule of materials discharged via condition discharge application P24/S2666/DIS. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

The relevant works shall not commence until 1:20 joinery details or manufacturers specification for new windows and doors has been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall also be carried out in accordance with the approved details of proposed floor replacement and/or insulation, and compatible materials which have been discharged via condition discharge applications P24/S2198/DIS and P24/S2666/DIS. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved scheme of recording of the apple store building discharged via condition discharge application P24/S2198/DIS. Reason: As the building is of historic importance in accordance with Policy ENV6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

The proposed works shall be in accordance with the approved heritage statement submitted by Johnston Cave Associates unless otherwise agreed in writing. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
