Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, A-001 and A-002, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
This temporary permission permits filming for up to 14 days as well as the preparation and clean up of the site between August - December 2024 for a total of 28 days. Thereafter, works to the grade II listed synagogue shall be made good, and all associated materials shall be removed from the land by the expiry date of this permission.
Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development in accordance with Policies DES1, DES2 and ENV1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
All vehicles (cars, HGVs, trailers and vans/trucks etc.) associated with the temporary use of the site must park within the site boundary as shown on Drawing A-001. The wider highway network, specifically Carmel Terrace and Constitution Hill shall be kept free of obstructions at all times and
not be used to park or station vehicles associated with the temporary use of the site.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety and in accordance with policy TRANS5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
