That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 5034-4A, BLO-002, BLO-004, BLO-005, BLO-007, BLO-008, BLO-009, BLO-010, BLO-011, BLO-012, BLO-013, BLO-014, 192280-587-DRW-AIP-FP-01, BLO-015A, BLO-006A and LOC-001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
