Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 2334_PR_301, 2334_PR_302, 2334_PR_303, 2334_PR_304, 2334_PR_100, 2334_PR_101, 2334_PR_200, 2334_EX_010, 2334_PR_010, 391MD-WH201, 391MD-WH301, 2334_EX_301, 2334_EX_302, 2334_EX_303, 2334_EX_304, 2334_EX_100, 2334_EX_101, 2334_EX_200 and 2334_EX_001, and supporting documents except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

After the removal of the render and prior to undertaking any works of repair or alteration to the underlying fabric, a report recording those finds alongside any relevant historical analysis shall be undertaken to a level to be agreed with the Local Planning Authority (as set out within Historic England 'Understanding Historic Buildings: A guide to good recording practice'). This shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority and approved in writing prior to any associated works of repair or alteration of that fabric being undertaken. Reason: To preserve the architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

Prior to undertaking any works of repair or alteration following the removal of render, a schedule of works, to include drawings and written specifications of materials shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority and approved in writing. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To preserve the architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
