That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved amended plans, LOC-001 and A-01 rev A, submitted January 2025 except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The materials to be used for the works hereby approved shall be as specified on the plans/supporting documents submitted January 2025 or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
