This permission shall expire after a period of five years from the date hereof, and the building(s) hereby permitted and all associated materials shall be removed from the land by the expiry date of this permission.
Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development in accordance with Policies DES1, DES2 and ENV1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 15-541-3859-002 P1, 15-501-3859-004 P1, 15-501-3859-003 P1, 15-501-3859-001 P1 and 15-501-3859-005 P1, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
